qu’est-ce que on peut manger ou pour mieux dire, qu’est-ce que on peut cuisiner à ciel ouvert?
j’aimerais manger à ciel ouvert ou à la rue, on dit que la repas locale royale et délicieuse c’est toujours dans la rue et non dans l’hôtel ou dans les élégants restaurants.
souviens-tu de la “Petite Lima” ?…

Je connais deux sortes de “restaurants” à ciel ouvert: ceux qui servent des grillades (des brochettes de viande cuites au BBQ), et ceux qui servent des “baozi” ou “jiaozi” (dumplings en anglais; le français n’a pas de traduction…) ce sont des pâtes farcies à la viande ou aux légumes.
Ces restaurants sont en fait des petits kiosques à roues qui se placent aux endroits achalandés de la ville pour vendre leur nourriture (un peu comme Nuts4Nuts)… il faudrait que je fasse un article sur le sujet!
La Petite Lima… bien sûr je m’en souviens! chicha morada… hum!
